M&R Talent was founded by Louise Fooks in 2023 to offer a memorable and uncomplicated recruitment experience.

Louise has spent the past 20 years supporting clients to make the most informed hiring decisions across Audit, Financial Advisory, Business Consulting, ESG and Corporate Finance.
